Samuel, a junior at Yale University from Charleston, SC, is majoring in philosophy and plans to either attend law school or go into Jewish education after college.
On campus, Samuel is a member of the Hillel Student Board and the Yale Friends of Israel board, he tutors 5th-grade students in Hebrew at a local synagogue, and he is one of the leaders of the Orthodox Jewish community at Yale. This past summer, Samuel worked as the Head Counselor (Rosh Moshava) at Camp Stone, and he’s excited to now be at work again on campus.
