Joanne Birnbrey

Joanne grew up in Atlanta and has been involved in many philanthropic endeavors throughout the years. Most recently, she served as General Campaign Chair for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, and currently serves as a Board Member of the National Women’s Philanthropy for JFNA. For over ten years, Joanne served on the Board of the Greenfield Hebrew Academy (now the Atlanta Jewish Academy), and has also served on the Boards of the William Breman Jewish Heritage Museum, JF&CS, NCJW and is a former Wexter Heritage Participant. Joanne also served as Co-Chair of JELF’s 2016 and 2018 Major Events. Joanne is married to Eddie, who has also served on the JELF Board over the years, and together they are proud parents and grandparents.
