As part of JELF's Loan Review process, you will have access to applicants' and families' personal and financial information. By checking the box below, you acknowledge your understanding of and commitment to abide by this policy.

All session participants agree not to disclose confidential information obtained through their affiliation. This includes disclosure to any person or organizations, including relatives, friends, business and professional associates, or to any for-profit or non-profit organization, unless JELF has authorized disclosure in writing. This policy shall apply to all disclosures before, during and after the Loan Review process, but does not prevent disclosure where required by law.

JELF prohibits photocopying, scanning, emailing or otherwise duplicating any materials that are provided in the Loan Review materials you receive or supplemental materials that may be provided to you.

Upon session completion, you are expected to immediately delete all files, documents, papers, notes and other materials that may contain confidential information.
