An Atlanta native, Aaron lives in Toco Hills with his wife Leslie and their two teenage children, Kay and Rory. They are active members of Congregation Ohr HaTorah. Aaron has made a remarkable impact as co-chair of JELF’s Loan Program Committee, which includes leading dozens of loan review sessions, for the past three years, bringing wisdom, diligence, and thoughtful leadership to every discussion.
As a partner at King & Spalding in Atlanta, Aaron practices in the Special Matters and Government Investigations group, representing corporations and individuals facing complex government investigations, including those from the DOJ, FBI, SEC, and other law enforcement and regulatory agencies. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Aaron spent nearly 15 years in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, leading investigations into financial and securities fraud.
Aaron earned his B.A. in History from Yale University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating with honors from both. He also serves as an adjunct professor of securities law at both Emory University and the University of Georgia School of Law.
